Hilltop Electrical Membership Cooperative is a faction based on a unique role play environment. That being said, we don't have much room for players who do not take our routines seriously. We firmly believe the key to being an expansive role player is dedicating yourself to the task at hand, and staying focused through your role play.
With our goals in mind, Hilltop has established a foundation for our players to promote while they represent our family (Faction). The rules listed below demonstrate our dedication and "prestige" within the community, and they are set in place to make sure our members share a common goal. These rules are not an option, they are law.

- All members are to follow all Project Los Angeles rules. They can be found HERE
- This forum is established as a privledge to Hilltop EMC. Any server advertisement, or illegitimate discussions will result in action from the PLA administration. We DO moderate this excessively.
- All members are prohibited from escalating issues in an OOC (/b) setting. If you have a disagreement with a player, be the bigger person and let it go. Or, if rules are broken, use /report.
- All members are to use descriptive role play while executing their tasks within, or outside of Hilltop EMC. You are to remain professional at all times.
- All members are to refrain from "cooning", trolling, and uncessary behavior/actions. Failure to do so will result in being removed from Hilltop.
- All members are to travel realistically (Via Vehicles, or on foot). Running around like a chicken instead of ALT walking, taking shortcuts through parking lots, etc.. Is PROHIBITED
- All members are to role play their actions consistantly. If you respond to a trouble call stating you completed the repairs, and you have not followed the correct steps. Then you are powergaming.
- All members MUST obtain equipment statuses and SCADA information RP'ly. If you fail to do so, you will be warned and/or removed from Hilltop EMC.
- All members are SUGGESTED to take screenshots of any critical tasks that may result in an outcome (Repairs, etc). If your RP is audited by the Hilltop staff, this will defend your actions.
